Mike Guidoboni

Mike is the owner of Spectrum Custom Molds and Manufacturing, Inc. Mike started his career at Mal Tool & Engineering Company in Connecticut as a Bridgeport operator. He left the industry to serve two tours in the United States Army as a Paratrooper. Following his honorable discharge he attended college in New Hampshire, receiving an engineering degree. Between his military service and building Spectrum Custom Molds & Manufacturing, Inc. Mike spent nearly two decades with Fortune 100 corporations developing new products for aviation and communication platforms which included patenting, prototype development, new product introduction and family product alignment. He holds personal patents and is experienced with the patenting and trademarking process. His knowledge of manufacturing from product inception to distribution is available to all of our clients. Mike is also the art director and chief designer for all aspects of the development process.
